Information Systems Specialist Full-time

Provide onsite and remote technical support to hospital staff.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and user productivity tools.
• Assist with Active Directory account creation and user access management.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system checks.
• Support printers, barcode scanners, and clinical workstations.
• Respond to help desk tickets and document work performed.
• Assist with maintaining network infrastructure and wireless systems.

• Support backup systems and cybersecurity initiatives.

• Participate in downtime procedures and emergency support.
• Support hospital information systems and clinical technology platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors for support and project implementation.
• Provide end-user training and customer service.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotation.

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED required.

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum two years of IT support or healthcare IT experience preferred.
