Job description

We are seeking a Workato Integration Engineer to join our team, fully remote within the United States. You’ll serve as the platform SME for Workato and the Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), owning recipe architecture, security frameworks, and lifecycle orchestration between Reltio MDM and core enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, and more)., * Serve as the SME for Workato and/or Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), defining global strategy for recipe architecture, security frameworks, and lifecycle orchestration between Reltio MDM and core enterprise systems.

Architect and deploy high-efficiency recipes leveraging Batch Action patterns (e.g., Bulk Upsert/Search) to maximize data throughput.
Drive cost-reduction by refactoring legacy iterative “For Each” loops into batch-oriented workflows, lowering platform task consumption.
Design and build complex, event-driven automation flows using advanced trigger logic, Ruby-based formulas, and multi-step error handling for resilient data exchange.
Build and scale robust real-time and scheduled ETL/ELT pipelines, overseeing complex data mapping and transcoding into the MDM Golden Record.
Monitor system health and job performance via centralized dashboards; manage the task consumption budget and implement automated recovery logic for failed integration jobs.
