Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and entry level IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in technical support and troubleshooting, with a passion for resolving complex IT issues efficiently. The IT Support Specialist will assist in providing hands-on technical support across multiple office locations, helping address day-to-day technical needs and supporting reliable systems for staff. This position is primarily on-site and requires travel between local offices, working under the guidance of senior team members as needed., * Provide Tier 1 help desk support to end users across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues on Windows-based devices.
- Support Microsoft 365 administration tasks, including user account creation, password resets, and basic application support.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting and device setup.
- Respond to support requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures accurately.
- Follow established support processes and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Travel between office locations to provide on-site technical support as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience providing IT support in a corporate or enterprise environment, with a focus on desktop support and help desk operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and common business applications.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, Wi-Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues involving computers, printers, mobile devices, routers, switches, and other peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and follow instructions accurately.
