Epic Charge Router Analyst

• Support HB & PB build, maintenance, and optimization efforts

• Provide daily support for:

• Work queues, claim edits, and billing workflows

• Charge capture and routing processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve system tickets and workflow issues

Seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst with strong experience across both Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB). This role will focus on system optimization, ticket-based support, and ongoing revenue cycle improvements across a rural healthcare environment.

Top Skills (Must-Have)

• Epic Charge Router Certifications AND Professional Billing OR Hospital Billing

• Experience supporting both hospital & professional billing workflows

• Rural or community health systems (preferred)

• Strong experience with:

• Work queues

• Ticket-based support / optimization environments

• Charge Router

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
