Requirements

Key Requirements & Certifications Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Certification (Required) Charge Router Certification (Highly Preferred) Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Slicer Dicer, statements, charge router, BCB, and the full breadth of HB workqueues (WQs), workflows, and functions. Experience: 2 5 years of Epic EMR experience, including at least 2 full life-cycle implementations (preferred). Primary Responsibilities Application Support & Maintenance: Handle daily support duties, system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and ticket resolution. Business Analysis: Interview stakeholders to gather, convert, and document complex business/clinical requirements into technical specifications. Collaboration: Coordinate with FTEs, operations, and cross-functional Epic application teams. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, supervision, and training to junior analysts and project team members.
