SAP Scrum Coordinator

• Administer and optimize Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Coordinate activities across SAP development teams including ABAP, Fiori, Basis, and other workstreams
• Track cross-functional dependencies and project deliverables
• Maintain Agile metrics including velocity, sprint progress, and burndown reporting
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization
• Identify and help remove blockers impacting team delivery
• Provide status updates and reporting to project leadership

Do you have experience in Reporting and dashboarding tools?, We are seeking an SAP Scrum Coordinator to support an SAP ERP application development organization. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of Agile/Scrum experience who enjoys facilitating team processes, managing Jira, and helping technical teams stay organized and productive., * 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Coordinator, Agile Coordinator, or Scrum Master

• Strong Jira administration experience including workflows, dashboards, filters, and reporting
• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• SAP project experience
• Knowledge of SAP development processes and environments
• Experience supporting enterprise application development teams
