Data Analyst/Report Writer 3

Analyze school system data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Build Excel-based scorecards and tracking tools to monitor performance over time Design and maintain low-code solutions (Power Platform, Power Automate, etc.) to collect and organize data Create forms, surveys, and automated workflows to streamline data intake and reporting Review federal and state reporting requirements to identify overlaps and recommend process improvements Collaborate with agency stakeholders to ensure data tools are user-friendly and aligned with business needs

The ideal candidate will be strong in data storytelling, dashboard development, and low-code platform solutions., 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling 8+ years of experience working with low-code platforms 5+ years of advanced Excel experience 3+ years of Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, dashboards) Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Qualtrics Experience with Smartsheet Prior experience working with state agencies, public sector, or education systems, Senior Data Analyst with strong business-facing experience Experienced in building automated reporting and workflow solutions Comfortable working in compliance-driven or government environments Able to transform complex datasets into strategic insights Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans
