Job description

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Build and enhance features that support AI-powered referral triaging workflows.
Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
Develop data pipelines and services that process healthcare and operational data.
Contribute to business intelligence and analytics capabilities, including reporting and dashboard infrastructure.
Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and security.
Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web services design?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a technical field such as engineering or mathematics.

2+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, Go, or C#.
Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred

Experience working with medical or life sciences data.
Experience with AI/ML systems, including deploying and monitoring machine learning models.
Experience with data engineering, analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
