Job description

The Website Integration Project Manager (IPM) serves as the bridge between our clients, website providers, and internal teams during the implementation process. You’ll coordinate integrations, install website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every project is completed accurately, successfully, and on time.

This role combines project coordination, technical troubleshooting, website administration, and client communication. No two days look exactly the same, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you’ll:

  • Successfully launch client integrations on schedule with minimal revisions.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, website vendors, and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure website content and integrations meet FixedOPS Marketing quality standards.
  • Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and client outcomes.
  • Become a trusted resource for teammates across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Client Coordination

  • Manage client integration projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Communicate with clients, website providers, and internal teams through email, phone, and video meetings.
  • Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.

Website Implementation & Quality Control

  • Install custom pages and SEO content on automotive dealership websites.
  • Verify integrations are functioning properly and meet company standards.
  • Perform quality assurance checks before project completion.
  • Research, create, and refine website content using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Investigate and resolve website and integration-related issues.
  • Provide Tier 2 support to internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Paid Ads.
  • Submit bug reports and collaborate with the Product and Development teams to resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process improvements and workflow enhancements.
  • Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company continues to grow., * How many years of experience do you have working with websites, website platforms, or website content management systems? Which platforms were they?

Requirements

Do you have experience in Website management?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, project coordination, or a related role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Experience working within project management systems such as Asana.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting., * Associate’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with websites, website platforms, or digital content.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, or website analytics.
  • Experience working in WordPress, website CMS platforms, or basic HTML/CSS environments.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience creating or editing video content., * Associate (Required)
