Power BI Developer / Consultant

The client is seeking an experienced Power BI Consultant to support a large-scale migration of IBM Cognos reports to Microsoft Power BI. The consultant will develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports while supporting analytics initiatives across the organization., * Migrate IBM Cognos reports to Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Develop and maintain Power BI solutions, metrics, scorecards, and analytics dashboards.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancements.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Support Power BI workspace architecture, security, governance, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ADA accessibility requirements.

• 3+ years of Power BI development experience.
• 3+ years of IBM Cognos experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Fabric experience.
• Strong Oracle DB, SQL, and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, KPIs, scorecards, and visual analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Higher education domain experience.
• Student Information Systems experience.
• Experience with data governance and accessibility standards
