SQL Application Developer

We are seeking a passionate SQL Application Developer who views application development as their primary profession. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products, solving business problems through software, and taking ownership of solutions from concept through deployment and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting database-driven applications while owning the complete solution lifecycle. We are looking for developers who are excited about application development and want to continue growing in that discipline long term.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain database-driven applications and solutions.
• Create and optimize database schemas, tables, views, functions, and stored procedures.
• Design and implement indexing strategies and performance tuning solutions.
• Own the complete development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performing applications.
• Understand and support both front-end and back-end application interactions.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications.
• Ensure database structures and application components are designed for scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong experience developing SQL-based applications in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in database design, data modeling, and application development.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience designing and supporting scalable, production-level applications.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
