Job description
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets submitted by client end-users, from intake through resolution
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, M365, and Intune environments across multiple client tenants
- Participate in project implementations including new client onboardings and technology deployments
- Travel on-site to client locations when remote resolution is not feasible
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation for all work performed and client environments
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 client coverage
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client environments and recommend solutions
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, M365, and Intune in an SMB environment
- 1 to 3 years of helpdesk or IT support experience, owning tickets from intake through resolution
- Proficiency administering M365 tenants: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Experience managing Entra ID identities, groups, conditional access, SSO, and MFA
- Hands-on Intune MDM/MAM experience including device enrollment, compliance policies, and app deployments
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Preferred
- Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or non-profit environment
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN)
- Experience with RMM platforms (NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya, etc.)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred, * A self-starter who takes ownership of problems and follows through to resolution
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough documentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
- A consultative mindset with the ability to understand how technology serves business goals
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal oversight
