Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Security Architect to lead and evolve the security strategy across our modular data center product portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring that security is embedded throughout the full lifecycle-from design and manufacturing through deployment and operation-in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you will do

  • Define and drive the product security architecture for modular data center systems, including hardware, firmware, software, and network layers
  • Integrate security-by-design principles into manufacturing, assembly, and field deployment processes
  • Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews across product lines
  • Establish and enforce secure development lifecycle (SDLC) practices across engineering teams
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443)
  • Lead vulnerability management efforts, including security testing, penetration testing, and remediation strategies
  • Define and implement security controls for industrial systems, IoT devices, and edge infrastructure within modular data centers
  • Support incident response efforts and provide security expertise during investigations
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to address security requirements and compliance expectations
  • Stay current on emerging threats and proactively evolve security frameworks

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vuls?, Do you have a Master’s degree in cybersecurity?, * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in product security, cybersecurity architecture, or related roles
  • Strong experience with data center infrastructure, industrial systems (ICS/OT), or IoT security
  • Deep knowledge of secure architecture principles, network security, and cloud/edge environments
  • Experience with threat modeling methodologies (e.g., STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC 2, or IEC 62443
  • Hands-on experience with security tools, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, * Experience in modular or prefabricated infrastructure environments
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SABSA
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain security risks
  • Experience securing embedded systems or hardware-level security (TPM, secure boot, etc.)

Work Environment

  • Hybrid role based in Houston, TX (combination of on-site and remote work)
  • Occasional travel to manufacturing facilities and deployment sites
