Job description
As a Platform Engineer II, you will independently design and build small-to-medium AWS platform features. You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes operations, and observability with growing autonomy., * Feature Ownership: Own platform features end-to-end, from design to production.
- Infrastructure & CI/CD: Build multi-environment CI/CD pipelines and deploy workloads via Terraform and Helm.
- Kubernetes Operations: Operate and troubleshoot AWS EKS clusters, including resource management and autoscaling.
- Security & Compliance: Manage AWS IAM roles and implement secure-by-default configurations aligned with NIST/CIS standards.
- Observability: Design SLOs and dashboards using CloudWatch or Datadog to improve reliability.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate IaC development and scripting.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-4 years of production experience in cloud infrastructure or CI/CD.
- Education: BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python or Go; experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Certification: AWS Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator Associate (or willingness to achieve within 12 months).
- AI Proficiency: Familiar with mainstream LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and AI Harnesses.

Compensation range = $100,000 - $110,000 with variable bonus + benefits
