Job description

We need someone who can handle the full scope of EDI architecture. An EDI Architect is a senior IT professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing EDI system integrations. These systems enable businesses to electronically exchange critical documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping notices with partners, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate a good level of expertise in one or more technical environments (software packages, programming language, database, operating system), and a good knowledge of EDI Solution Responsible for quality of solution in each environment and for each trading partner Coordinate with related work streams / teams including infrastructure teams, Customer Service Division and Manufacturing

Experience Required6-10 yrs of experience in IT; 4+ yrs in concentration Solution Architecture, Unix, Network Protocols & Standards, Session Initiation Protocols, Google Cloud Platform, EDI mapping toolsPerform systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS platforms 5+ years of experience in a wide range of business areas of supply chain management including system development, business intelligence, business processes and customer relations. 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration, middleware, or other integration experience. 5+ years of experience with architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, uml diagrams, network connectivity and communication protocols Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, UNIX. LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series

Experience PreferredFamiliarity with web and mainframe applications- Mainframe Systems

Education RequiredBachelor’s Degree
