Lead Moderator for Data Collections (In-office, short-term)

• Check-in and check-out smart device testers;
• Instruct, guide and assist testers through the smart device testing session;
• Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up, clean smart devices;
• Escalate smart device problems or tester reported issues to the designated Lead;
• Collaborate with team members and communicate updates across the team;
• Maintaining the release schedule for all core services and ensuring alignment across key internal team members;
• Facilitating release prioritization, speed, resourcing, and risk decision making with product and engineering management;
• Leading the end-to-end release workflows and detailed steps - to ensure on-time and effective delivery of high-quality releases;
• Managing production deployment (e.g., ensuring all internal and external work items are collected for distribution, and the distribution occurs to the correct group of potential users and targeted locations); and
• Additional project related activities.

• 1+ years of previous leadership or management experience
• Customer service experience
• Able to follow detailed technical documentation & instructions
• Google Office Suite experience, especially Sheets & Docs
• Experience with smart wearable technologies and devices
• Experience with video recording equipment and editing software
• Strong communications skills
