Job description

We are seeking an experienced data professional to drive a major analytics modernization project. In this role, you will lead the migration of approximately 400 production legacy reports over to a modern business intelligence ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and team leads to design, build, and maintain accessible, high-performing data solutions., * Report Migration: Lead the migration of ~400 production legacy reports into equivalent or enhanced Power BI dashboards.

Dashboard Development: Build, maintain, and provide production support for corporate dashboards, metrics, and usage tracking reports.
Architecture & Security: Contribute to workspace architecture, data security design, version control, and documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all reports meet organizational data governance and ADA Title II accessibility standards.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills (3+ Years Experience):

Microsoft Power BI (Expertise in designing lists, crosstabs, scorecards, metrics, and interactive dashboards)
Microsoft Fabric
IBM Cognos (Strong understanding of legacy environments for mapping purposes)

Technical & Domain Experience:

Advanced Databases: Strong experience working with Oracle DBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Data Environments: Solid grasp of modern data management and analytics technologies.
Domain (Preferred): Experience working with Higher Education data or Student Information Systems (SIS).
