Join the Enterprise Applications and Development team within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer and play a key leadership role in modernizing and advancing the Senate’s enterprise application ecosystem. The Director of Enterprise Applications and Development leads teams responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise COTS platforms, developing custom applications, and driving modernization initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and user experience across the Senate. This role works closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, product owners, architects, and user experience teams to align technology solutions with organizational priorities and evolving business needs.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic technology leader with strong experience in enterprise application delivery, software engineering, Agile methodologies, and modernization initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex application portfolios, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Candidates should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrate sound judgment and adaptability in fast-paced environments, and be comfortable translating technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders across the organization.
