IT Help Desk Technician / Entry-Level System/Network Administrator

• Reset login passwords and manage user access.
• Set up and troubleshoot Office 365 applications and services.
• Configure new workstations and install essential software.
• Diagnose and resolve basic software and hardware issues.
• Manage whitelisting/blacklisting for various security services.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Network support?, * Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic PC troubleshooting.

• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required):

• Familiarity with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V, firewall/router fundamentals, and general backup systems.
• Experience with advanced networking concepts.

Additional Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
