Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and production support. The candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes and enhance platform reliability, scalability, and security., * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Manage and support cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using modern observability tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues.
- Implement security best practices across cloud and DevOps environments.
- Support production releases and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of serverless technologies.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with security scanning and compliance tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
