Agentic AI Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer to join an innovative AI engineering team within a global enterprise organization. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on building production-grade AI applications, agentic workflows, internal intelligence platforms, and business automation solutions.

This is not a machine learning research or data science position. We are looking for engineers who enjoy building and shipping products that solve real business problems.

You will work within a small, highly collaborative engineering team responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AI-powered business applications used across critical business functions.

What You’ll Do Agentic AI Development

• Design and develop role-specific AI agents and multi-agent orchestration workflows
• Build AI solutions that automate business processes and decision-making
• Implement tool-calling, workflow automation, and intelligent routing capabilities
• Develop production-ready AI applications beyond traditional chatbot implementations

AI Knowledge & Intelligence Platforms

• Build internal knowledge management and intelligence systems
• Design solutions that capture and organize information from multiple sources
• Develop workflows that enrich, classify, and route business information
• Support client and relationship intelligence initiatives

LLM Evaluation & Benchmarking

• Design and enhance LLM evaluation frameworks
• Build benchmarking and validation pipelines
• Measure extraction accuracy and model performance
• Improve reliability and quality across large-scale document-processing workflows

React Platform Development

• Develop and enhance React-based user interfaces
• Contribute to and maintain reusable component libraries
• Build AI-driven user experiences, including streaming responses and document-review workflows
• Support adoption of frontend standards across engineering teams

Full-Stack Engineering & Cloud Deployment

• Develop backend services using Python and TypeScript
• Build cloud-native applications in AWS environments
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Own the complete software lifecycle from design through production support
• Participate in CI/CD, automated testing, and quality-control processes

Business Partnership

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in sprint planning and prioritization discussions
• Communicate timelines, progress, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, * 100% Remote
• Eastern Time Zone preferred
• Occasional travel (3-4 times per year)

Do you have experience in Validation design?, * 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience

• Proven experience building and deploying production software applications
• Experience developing agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems
• Strong React development experience
• Strong Python development experience
• Strong TypeScript development experience
• Experience working within or alongside C#/.NET environments
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with AWS CDK and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality controls
• Experience designing or contributing to LLM evaluation and benchmarking frameworks
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into delivered solutions
• Ability to independently design, prototype, and iterate on new solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI APIs
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with embeddings and vector search
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience building AI-powered business applications
