Job description

Successful candidates may serve in functional, technical, solution architecture, or project leadership roles depending on experience and project needs.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements
Configure and support Salesforce applications
Design and implement Salesforce solutions
Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow
Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities
Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer deliverables
Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Preferred Experience

5+ years of Salesforce experience
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Government Cloud
Salesforce administration, configuration, or development experience
Experience with integrations and API development
Experience working with public sector organizations preferred
Experience participating in Agile or hybrid project environments

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Advanced Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
