Job description

Webcam interview.Initial PO for 12 months; usually projects with this customer goes for 3+ years w2 or 1099 or c2c;Remote, The client is seeking a contract IT Low-Code / No-Code (LC/NC) Application Developer/Tester (Mendix) to support software development. The Mendix LC/NC Developer will assist in a highly visible and time-critical application development effort, leveraging the Mendix platform to rapidly deliver secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions. This is an approximately three-month contract position with possible extension., * Assist Business Analysts (BA) with requirements gathering, system design, application development, testing, and implementation using the Mendix low-code platform

Participate in design sessions and contribute to the enhancement of operational systems, business processes, and reports
Analyze and chart existing business processes to define current-state activities for procedure and application modeling
Develop and document future-state business processes, including:
Business rules
Process flow diagrams
Inter-department workflows
Configure and develop Mendix applications, including:
Microflows and nanoflows
Domain models
UI components and pages
Integrations and data sources (as applicable)
Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders
Perform data validation and quality assurance activities within Mendix applications
Assist in pre-go-live testing efforts and respond promptly to issues that arise
Participate in regular status calls and meetings with agency clients and internal project teams
Create and maintain project documentation related to development, implementation, and transition phases
Ensure the Scrum Master / Project Manager is kept informed of task progress, risks, and action items
Troubleshoot application issues and assist with defect resolution
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms, with Mendix strongly preferred
Experience developing, testing, and deploying applications in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with JIRA for backlog management, defect tracking, and sprint planning
Experience working as part of a Scrum team (developers, BAs, testers, product owners)
Experience with SQL Server querying, reporting, and diagnostics
Understanding of PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards
Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to support time-sensitive, high-visibility applications in a public-sector environment
