Job description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Webmaster to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization’s websites to ensure functionality, performance, and security. This remote role requires expertise in web development, CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and website analytics. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with content, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless and engaging online user experience., * Manage the day-to-day operation, updates, and maintenance of corporate websites

  • Ensure site performance, uptime, and responsiveness through regular monitoring
  • Implement updates, plugins, and patches on CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues related to functionality, layout, and performance
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency
  • Optimize websites for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
  • Conduct regular site audits and ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Monitor web traffic analytics and suggest improvements based on data insights

Requirements

Ideal Candidate: A detail-oriented web professional with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to website management. You are comfortable with both frontend and backend tasks, can troubleshoot complex issues, and consistently implement web best practices to improve site functionality and user engagement., * Bachelor’s degree in web development, Computer Science, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in website management or similar role
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web hosting environments
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet tight deadlines
