Requirements

  • Must have 10 to 15 Years experience as Lead technical Engineer/Technical Program Manager.
  • Must have worked with Business Operations area (preferably B2B).
  • Must have worked on AI - know how to or leverage AI in recent projects, creating agents, experience agentic work flow, know MCP concepts.
  • Strong in DataBricks technology stack like Unity catalog, Genie.
  • DB SQL (DB Certifications preferable).
  • Strong in Python programming.
  • Strong Analytics background needed and should have worked in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Should have run projects in past using Agile.
  • Should have Change management experience.
  • Have managed teams of multiple groups.
  • Navigate through complex problems.
  • Strong Communication and Articulation.
