Job description

We are searching for an In-Store Coordinator to join our team who is interested in motivating, coaching, and training other team members. You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organizing the team schedule. To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous experience as a senior staff member or as leader. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.

In-Store Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Management and Customer Service Advisors (CSA)
  • Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations ensuring continuous business operations and standards
  • Training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
  • Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
  • Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
  • Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.
  • Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
  • Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
  • Must be available to be on call as needed for the needs of the business.
  • Working closely with management to lead staff.
  • Organizing employee schedule.
  • Overseeing retail inventory
  • Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
  • Participate in marketing events/promotions.
  • Expected to participate in monthly team meetings and weekly Monday meetings to support communication and operational alignment.
  • Perform wash, dry, fold services (if applicable to store).
  • Preparing and presenting employee reviews.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workplace dispute resolution?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Must have 1 year of customer service experience or mentorship with Laundry-4U.

  • Must have experience de-escalating situations.
  • Long periods of standing, kneeling, bending, pulling, or frequently carrying objects up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
  • Be committed and dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers and support staff members.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Interviewing experience is a plus.
  • Inventory control experience is a plus.
  • Experience with CCTV footage is a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be available for the day, evening, and overnight shift
  • Must be available Sunday and Monday
  • Must be able to work holidays.
  • Must be able to be on call.
  • Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Must be available to work Sunday and Monday, * High school diploma or equivalent education level., * Proficient with technology.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills with upper-level management and store level employees.
  • Efficient problem-solving skills.
