In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining data center equipment and infrastructure. Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * Proven experience as a Service Technician or Data Center Technician working within data centers environments.

  • Solid system-level debugging experience & familiarity with board bring-up and customer support.

Good attention to detail, as well as clear written and verbal communications.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and telecommunication systems.
  • Hands-on experience with fiber splicing, cabling (Cat5/Cat6), Ethernet installation, and low-voltage wiring standards.
  • Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, VoIP telephony systems like Avaya, Cisco routers, Juniper devices, and network schematics.
  • Electrical experience including the use of ohmmeters for testing circuits and understanding NEC compliance standards.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely for equipment installation and repair tasks.
  • Service technician experience in IT or data center environments is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards (NEC) and low voltage wiring practices is essential for success in this role.
