Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * Proven experience as a Service Technician or Data Center Technician working within data centers environments.

Solid system-level debugging experience & familiarity with board bring-up and customer support.

Good attention to detail, as well as clear written and verbal communications.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and telecommunication systems.
Hands-on experience with fiber splicing, cabling (Cat5/Cat6), Ethernet installation, and low-voltage wiring standards.
Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, VoIP telephony systems like Avaya, Cisco routers, Juniper devices, and network schematics.
Electrical experience including the use of ohmmeters for testing circuits and understanding NEC compliance standards.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely for equipment installation and repair tasks.
Service technician experience in IT or data center environments is highly preferred.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards (NEC) and low voltage wiring practices is essential for success in this role.
