Early-career Tactical Intelligence Analyst

The early-career tactical intelligence analyst will support real-time threat monitoring and reporting over the weekends. This individual will contribute to identifying and escalating emerging threats, producing clear and concise tactical updates, and building foundational analytical and OSINT skills within a fast-paced operational environment., * Support continuous threat monitoring of global events, security developments, and geopolitical activity to identify potential risks to company personnel, assets, and operations.

• Collect, triage, and escalate relevant information from open-source and internal intelligence streams under established guidance and escalation protocols.
• Produce initial tactical intelligence outputs including alerts, summaries, and situation updates with oversight from senior analysts.
• Assist in maintaining situational awareness during ongoing incidents by updating information and tracking developments in real time.
• Apply basic source validation and adhere to established standards for accuracy, reliability, and timeliness in reporting.
• Support senior analysts in the production of intelligence products by gathering information, conducting preliminary research, and contributing to drafts.
• Follow structured analytical frameworks and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in output.
• Maintain awareness of assigned regional issues and contribute to team knowledge through continuous learning and research.
• Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistent monitoring coverage and effective handovers between shifts.
• Learn and utilize internal tools, platforms, and intelligence workflows to support operational requirements.
• Participate in training and development activities to build analytical, writing, and OSINT skills.
• Perform other operational support tasks as required in a 24/7 intelligence environment., * Eligible to legally work and reside in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening, and locally compliant reference checks.
• Availability to support after-hours operations- and international travel as needed.
• Successfully complete all ERI training, mentorship, and other ERI initiatives as appropriate.
• Regularly attend ERI Global Team Meetings, webinars, and engage with other ERI analysts.

Do you have experience in Risk assessment?, The ideal candidate brings a learner mindset, can-do attitude and desire to gain experience with enterprise level intelligence programs responding to tactical security threats and analytical rigor., * 1-3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, research, journalism, security operations, or a related field; internships or academic experience may be considered.

• Bachelor’s degree in intelligence, national security, geopolitics, journalism, security studies, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated interest or foundational experience in OSINT collection and monitoring.
• Basic understanding of geopolitical and security issues, particularly in assigned regions.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise summaries under guidance.
• Ability to follow structured processes, accept feedback, and continuously improve analytical output.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple information streams in a time-sensitive environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a team-oriented and shift-based setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Hours: This is a full time, 40 hours a week Weekend Shift Coverage role. Schedule will always require working weekends, most likely Thursday to Monday shifts. Successful candidates will need to be flexible to suit client tactical coverage needs including occasional availability outside business hours required, including 24/7 crisis response capability.
