Sr. ERP Business Analyst

Axos Bank is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst. This role is a high-execution, operations-focused Sr. ERP Business Analyst responsible for managing AOS work intake, tracking, reporting, and governance across Oracle ERP and related systems. The position ensures disciplined execution of daily work management, supports change control, and provides full transparency into system and team performance., * Manage updates to Oracle SharePoint and internal knowledge bases

• Ensure documentation reflects current processes and system changes, * Support access management requests for AOS tools and SharePoint
• Assist with system refresh coordination and environment updates, While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.

Target Range: $85,000.00/Yr. - $92,500.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
