Job description

  • Manage timelines for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate website updates, including homepage, category pages, and merchandising placements.
  • Support execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across web and email channels.
  • Track launch readiness across Product, Brand, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
  • Ensure assets, copy, links, and content are launch-ready.
  • Maintain the marketing and merchandising calendar.
  • Track campaign milestones, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Provide launch and project updates to leadership.
  • Manage and track creative assets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify content, messaging, links, and placements before launch.
  • Coordinate updates and revisions as needed.
  • Manage project intake requests and approval workflows.
  • Maintain project documentation and timelines.
  • Support process improvements and workflow optimization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and status updates.
  • Document action items and follow-up tasks.
  • Support post-launch reporting and performance reviews.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Online retail experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination and digital marketing within an eCommerce environment.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project execution and business objectives.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce and/or digital marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with Commercetools or similar eCommerce content management systems (CMS) preferred.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with Bynder or other Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and follow through on tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
