  • Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, caching strategies, and rendering optimizations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into elegant UI/UX solutions
  • Build reusable component libraries and design systems that scale across the product

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web applications?, You are a product engineer with 2-5 years of experience building snappy, intuitive user experiences at scale. Your expertise spans from designing high-quality and polished interfaces to implementing performant NextJS / React architectures that feel instant and delightful. You have strong opinions on how to achieve the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring every interaction drives user engagement and satisfaction.

You are deeply passionate about your craft and draw inspiration from products like Notion, Linear, and Cursor. You stay current with the latest developments in frontend technology and design patterns. You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can experiment, iterate, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with modern web experiences. • Hands-on experience building production web applications with complex state management and real-time interactions
  • Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component registries like Shadcn for rapid, consistent UI development
  • Eye for design with the ability to implement polished interfaces from mockups or create them from scratch
  • Knowledge of modern CSS techniques, animation libraries, and responsive design patterns
  • Understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Ability to balance innovation with pragmatism - shipping working solutions while pushing technical boundaries

Bonus:

  • Strong interest in the stock market
  • Have used Wall Street Bets or AfterHour
