Job description

Seeking a Salesforce Architect to own and evolve the Salesforce ecosystem, drive platform improvements, increase automation, and serve as a strategic technology partner to business stakeholders. This individual will help shape the future of the Salesforce platform while remaining closely connected to business users and operational needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture and platform strategy.
  • Serve as the design authority for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation including data models, integration diagrams, and solution designs.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Define and maintain the Salesforce and Certinia PSA technical roadmap.
  • Establish and enforce platform standards across security, data models, automation, integrations, and release management.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external integration partners.
  • Improve DevOps practices, deployment governance, sandbox strategy, and release management processes.
  • Evaluate current platform usage and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.

Requirements

  • 6 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a Salesforce Architect capacity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation, integrations, and platform governance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce).
  • Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
  • Experience helping build or scale Salesforce teams.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or evolving Salesforce environment.
