Manager, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management

Advise clients on enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions across areas of finance, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and operations. Perform functional configuration and/or technical development for business process improvement using Oracle application modules, including designing, building, and testing consistent with leading practices and Oracle’s modern planning and reporting applications. Managing the development and implementation of Oracle solutions for consolidation, account reconciliation, and data management. Establish and maintain client relationships. Supervise and coach teams.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Minimum Experience Required

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Leading the technical and functional implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, such as, Oracle Cloud EPM; Enterprise Planning Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS); Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services (FCCS); Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS); Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS); and/or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS);

• Analyzing business processes and procedures to propose Oracle EPM cloud services and solutions to optimize operations;

• Working with the development and deployment of technical solutions in the areas of Budgeting and Forecasting, KPIs/management reporting, Financial Master Data Management, and/or Profitability and Cost Management; and,

• Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel required up to 80%.
