Student Systems Specialist (SIS & Integrations)

This position plays a critical role in supporting district applications through system configuration, integration, data management, troubleshooting, user support, and training. A primary responsibility of this position will be managing third-party application integrations and rostering processes utilizing ClassLink and Focus School Software., * Manage and maintain student information system integrations and third-party application rostering.

• Configure, test, implement, and support enterprise applications and related systems.
• Perform data imports, exports, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts.
• Provide technical support and training for district staff.
• Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and scheduled processes.
• Support application backup and recovery procedures.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with district departments and software vendors to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
• Maintain knowledge of Florida Department of Education reporting requirements and regulations.

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with databases and data systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience supporting enterprise software applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database structures.
• Experience with student information systems and educational technology platforms.
• Experience with ClassLink administration, rostering, or identity management.
• Experience with Focus School Software preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
