Job description

Build production-grade agentic AI solutions (including “agents that generate agents”), serve as the SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude enablement, and coach teams to adopt AI safely and measurably., * Lead enterprise AI enablement: drive adoption, training, and culture change with measurable outcomes.

  • Coach users and scale through champions: enable “player-coaches,” run office hours/demos, and help teams identify high-value use cases while modeling responsible AI.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude SME: expand and optimize Copilot usage across roles; guide best practices and approved extension/integration patterns.
  • Build agentic AI solutions: ship tool-using agents and workflows that improve real business processes.
  • Build an “agent factory”: reusable scaffolding/templates to generate and standardize agents/workflows from structured requirements.
  • Governance by default: implement evaluation/telemetry, monitoring, and guardrails (data privacy, auditability)., * Agentic Engineering: tool use, workflow orchestration, routing/planning, reliable error handling.
  • Platform & Standards: reusable patterns/templates, consistency, code quality, maintainability.
  • Evaluation & Observability: quality measurement, telemetry, feedback loops, continuous improvement.
  • Responsible AI & Governance: data privacy, safe usage guardrails, auditability, risk awareness.
  • Enablement & Coaching: translate AI into practical workflows, hold training/office hours, facilitate champion network.
  • Change Leadership: drive adoption across departments, communicate clearly, influence without authority.

Requirements

  • 3+ years software engineering experience and/or relevant college coursework.
  • Experience delivering GenAI solutions with evaluation + monitoring/telemetry and operational rigor.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and coach users (technical + non-technical).
  • Strong Responsible AI mindset: governance, data privacy, and secure usage patterns.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
