Job description
We’re now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead migration and integration projects across the Group. This is a key role within our Central Services team, focused on delivering smooth, secure, and efficient transitions with minimal disruption to our operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end IT migration and integration projects (site onboarding, M&A, system transitions)
- Building and delivering detailed migration plans across infrastructure, applications, data, networks, and end-user services
- Managing cutover activities including execution, validation, and rollback planning
- Coordinating internal teams and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Minimising business disruption and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU
- Managing risks, RAID logs, and governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Working closely with stakeholders to align on timelines, impacts, and readiness
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Proven experience delivering IT migration or integration projects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, and application environments
- Experience managing cutover and transition activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive approach to risk management and problem solving
Nice to have:
- Experience in M&A or multi-site migrations
- Background in FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, or cloud migrations
- PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification
