At The Compleat Food Group (TCFG), we’re on an exciting journey as we roll out Infor Cloudsuite ERP across the business. To support this transformation, we’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of all infrastructure elements across the programme.
This is a key role working closely with the Head of ERP Transformation, leading the delivery of infrastructure across multiple sites and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth and successful go-live.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading all infrastructure workstreams for the ERP rollout across sites
- Coordinating internal IT teams, site engineers, and third-party suppliers
- Defining infrastructure requirements including networks, wireless, printing, shop floor tech, and M365 user setup
- Ensuring sites are fully prepared for go-live within project timelines
- Managing suppliers delivering cabling, wireless surveys, and hardware installations
- Acting as a technical escalation point and driving issue resolution
- Documenting infrastructure and handing over seamlessly to IT Operations
- Supporting cutovers, including occasional weekend work and travel to sites
Requirements
- Broad infrastructure experience across servers, networks, M365, and end-user technology
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects, ideally within ERP or transformation programmes
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and multiple workstreams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in fast-paced environments
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders across the business
- Ability to prioritise and deliver at pace across multiple sites
Nice to have:
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Exposure to ERP implementations (Infor Cloudsuite desirable)
- Microsoft certifications or equivalent
