Job description
SFS is looking for a Senior System Administrator to provide support to CBL Battle Lab Facility located at Fort Gordon GA. All work will be performed onsite. This contract will support the CBL mission to provide experimentation support to the C- CDID with dynamic network experimentation integrated with CO, DODIN-A, EW and IA through the Cyber Battle Lab’s Experimentation Branch (EB), Environments Support Branch (ESB), and the Army Persistent Experimentation eNvironment (APEN) Cyber Enterprise Service Center (CESC). The CBL Experimentation Support contract will provide support in the form of experiments, assessments, analyses and network support that will validate proposed new technical solutions to resolve known Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities Policy (DOTMLPF-P) capability gaps within the CO, EW, Network, and IA force modernization lines of effort Senior System Administrator RHN-E shall:
- This position is designated as Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT II). Baseline certification: upon hire must already possess (and be maintaining) current, Security+CE CompTIA commercial certification (or higher, such as CISSP, etc.).
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * Computing environment (CE) certification, upon hire must already possess (and be maintaining) current certification for Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Server 2012.
- Within six months of hire must obtain either: VMWare certification VCPS-DCV; or Udemy training certification VMware ESX and VSphere Admin Tutorial; or ITU training certification VMware vSphere VCP5.5.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience or equivalent administrating networks and systems, worked directly in the career field during five (5) of the preceding eight (8) years.
- Must possess advanced IT administrator skills in remote administration, remote desktop, Group Policy Object (GPO) management, system backup and recovery, and monitor servers for performance evaluation and optimization.
- Must possess advanced IT Administrator skills in Collaboration Services, e.g., Adobe Connect Server, Chat Services, SharePoint Portal, Electronic Email (Exchange) Server.
- Must possess advance skills in datacenter management, Cloud Services, virtualization, storage area networks (SANs), data/system backups, and asset management.
- Must possess expert remote troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Obtain and Maintain a Top Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility.
