Job description

  • Assist and/or lead test planning, coordination, execution, analysis, and reporting for laboratory, ship-based, and land-based field testing.
  • Work with various Government organizations, field testing sites, integrated product teams, technical teams, and various vendors to develop, identify, locate, support, acquire, and manage test requirements.
  • Write and follow field test plans and produce test reports.
  • Provide meeting attendance/support, presentation development/support, publication support, correspondence, action item tracking/closure in support of assigned Combat System programs.
  • Prepare and/or review technical and programmatic T&E documentation (e.g. T&E planning and strategies, T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Trouble Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrixes, Technical Review Action Plans and Summary Reports Statements of Work, Acquisition documents).
  • Track and monitor program and T&E risks and conduct risk reviews. Support in the development and execution of T&E, program management, acquisition management, and strategies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in leading or assisting planning for and/or conducting military laboratory and non-laboratory based developmental test events.
  • Background, knowledge or skillset to assist in a test team setting (e.g. Design of Experiment, statistics; analysis; USN experience; combat system, radar, electronic warfare applications; and target/range services).
  • Experience with basic test equipment.

Education: Bachelor in related field or relevant experience.

travel: 20%-30%
