ERP Implementation & Systems Specialist

We are a well-established plumbing supply distributor looking for an organized, technology-minded individual to help implement and maintain our new ERP software system.

This position will play a key role in launching our new ERP platform, working with management and end users to ensure a smooth transition while helping improve our day-to-day operations.

Experience with Epicor Eclipse is highly preferred, although candidates with successful ERP implementation experience in similar distribution software are encouraged to apply., * Assist with implementation of Epicor Eclipse ERP software

• Work with management to configure workflows and business processes
• Coordinate data migration, testing, and user training
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and after launch
• Develop documentation and standard operating procedures
• Help maintain the ERP system and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related questions
• Work closely with our plumbing counter, showroom, purchasing, warehouse, and accounting teams

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * Experience implementing or supporting an ERP system

• Epicor Eclipse experience strongly preferred
• Experience with wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building supply industries is a plus
• Strong computer and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to train employees and explain technical concepts in a practical way
