Job description

We’re hiring a Data & AI Enablement leader to modernize our data foundation and scale practical, responsible use of AI across the firm. This is a hands-on, internal role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and helping teams use data and AI more effectively.

This is not a traditional IT role-it sits between data architecture, AI enablement, and business execution., * Clean, normalize, and align data across reporting, CRM, and document systems

  • Serve as the internal owner for AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude), including standards and guardrails
  • Translate real-world business workflows into AI-assisted or automated processes
  • Partner with leaders and teams to drive adoption and change
  • Coordinate execution with vendors and consultants

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * Experience leading data, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives

  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Comfortable working in evolving, build-as-you-go environments

Preferred: Experience with AI enablement, cloud platforms, APIs, or regulated environments.
