Lead, Digital Systems & Integration

The Digital Systems and Integration Lead manages the engineering digital infrastructure supporting technical workflows across the organization, * Manage configuration and implementation of enterprise class digital and software systems, such as CRM, PLM, CAD, document management, and project management

• Integrate and maintain standards within PLM system
• Incorporate IP standards, procedures, governance, knowledge, and training into software systems
• Manage CAD system configuration
• Manage engineering software licensing
• Ensure engineering data integrity
• Support digital engineering workflows
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with engineering software platforms
• Experience managing digital engineering systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing engineering data systems for large engineering departments across multiple office locations

• Experience with M-files, Procore, Salesforce, and AutoCAD configuration
