SFDC Manual Tester (Salesforce Manual QA)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SFDC Manual Tester to validate and ensure the quality of Salesforce applications and business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing within Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations. The role involves requirement analysis, test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with business and development teams.

3-8 years of experience in Manual Testing with Salesforce (SFDC).

Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and data model.

Experience in testing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Knowledge of Salesforce standard/custom objects, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.

Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies.

Experience in API and integration testing is an advantage.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
