Requirements

5+ years of Manual Testing experience
3+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) testing experience
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing
Experience creating and executing test cases
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect tracking tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Lightning experience
API Testing (Postman)
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Basic automation testing knowledge
