Solution Architect- OTM

Insight Global is seeking a Solution Architect for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will combine deep OTM technical expertise with the ability to provide strategic guidance and knowledge transfer. They must be comfortable with significant travel requirements and capable of serving as a trusted advisor during complex system implementations across multiple facilities.

This role represents a critical component of Sherwin-Williams’ transportation management modernization, requiring someone who can “make OTM sing and dance and do everything imaginable” while providing the thought leadership needed for successful global implementation.

Pay Rate: $70-$85hr

Must Haves:

• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM): Deep expertise in configuration and optimization

• Global Trade Management (GTM): Familiarity with GTM module within Oracle Transportation Management

• Integration Experience:

o Oracle Cloud ERP integration (primary focus)

o Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

o Order Management Systems

o EDI integrations with carriers and third parties

• Industry Best Practices: Ability to advise on optimal implementation approaches
