Job description

  • Ability to implement Guidewire ClaimCenter on Guidewire Clouds latest version i.e., Innsbruck
  • Ability to provide technical solutions regarding Guidewire development and support
  • In P&C domain good knowledge in either Personal Auto Homeowners Umbrella etc. or Commercial Lines General Liability Workers Compensation Commercial Auto Commercial Property Business Owners Inland Marine Commercial Package etc. specific to North American Geography is preferred
  • Understand the exact Client Business Needs check the technical feasibility for GW Cloud to achieve the requirements
  • work with offshore teams to produce the quality deliverables expected by the client
  • Onsite Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents
  • Hands on experience to invest 40 - 60 percentage of time for development work for release
  • Hands on experience with Guidewire Integration Gateway for building Integrations
  • Expert in using Guidewire Platform tools like Guidewire Cloud Console APD TeamCity Git Bitbucket Datadog Integration Gateway etc.
  • Good understanding of Guidewire cloud standards and implementation tools
  • Build and Deploy code using CICD
  • Review the Offshore Development work in Areas of PCF Configuration Business Rules and Data Model Creation Rating Forms etc.
  • Managing and communicating team status to Onsite Management
  • Technical support for Guidewire ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud
  • Coordinating with team to analyze defects
  • Coordinate with other service providers and integration owners to make sure the applications are up and running

Requirements

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, * Certified Guidewire ClaimCenter Associate

  • 5 - 7 years of hands-on work experience Guidewire ClaimCenter modules
  • Handson knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and or Integration
  • One complete end-to-end Guidewire Cloud implementation experience
  • Development experience with Guidewire GOSU proprietary code
  • Development experience with Guidewire APIs methods rules and processes

Good to have Skills:

  • Expertise in designing the overall solutions on GW platform
  • Expertise in Architecting and expanding the solutions on top of GW OOTB functionalities
  • Expertise in writing GUnit test cases and integrating them to CICD Pipeline
  • Web services development experience i.e., WSDL SOAP XML REST
  • Strong experience in using public cloud providers preferably AWS

Soft Skills:

  • As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
  • Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
