Requirements

  • Power BI Exzellenz: Mehrjährige, tiefgehende Erfahrung in der Erstellung komplexer Power BI Dashboards (inkl. fundierter Kenntnisse in DAX und Power Query).
  • Zahlen- & KPI-Affinität: Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche oder operative Kennzahlen sowie die Logik dahinter.
  • Fokus auf Delivery: Sie verstehen sich als technischer Experte und “Macher”, der Spaß an der konkreten Umsetzung und dem “Bauen” von Reports hat (kein Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung/Prozessberatung).
  • Flexibilität & Präsenz: Sie haben Lust auf die Zusammenarbeit im Team und können an 3 Tagen pro Woche vor Ort in Mannheim arbeiten.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
