The Data Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex data sets to generate meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, optimizing performance, and providing actionable recommendations.   • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategies.

  • Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present key insights clearly and concisely.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product teams, and operational teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Performance Optimization: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, efficiency, and performance.

  • Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and outcomes.

  • Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various systems and sources.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure).

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in A/B testing and experimentation.

  • Understanding of machine learning techniques and AI-driven analytics.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: $67,500-$86,475
