Requirements

7+ years of experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns, with strong focus on AI and enterprise architecture
Deep expertise in AI models and platform capabilities, including the design and operation of Small Language Models (SLMs) within the enterprise
Proven experience working with architectural frameworks and enterprise architecture tools, with ability to document, visualize, and articulate overall technical health and current/target states
Strong experience in Cloud technologies and architecture, with certification in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to define decision frameworks and architectural patterns that link model selection and deployment strategies to measurable ROI
Experience working in Agile environments and financial services industry preferred
Exceptional executive communication skills with proven ability to build strong stakeholder partnerships and articulate complex technical concepts to senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years higher education and/or relevant work experience
