Job description

The SAP consultant will participate in daily conversations and stakeholder meetings to align on SAP EWM testing and readiness activities. The role will support the development, review, and execution of test scripts in preparation for go live. The consultant will perform hands on testing alongside subject matter experts and super users to validate processes and system behavior. The consultant will serve as an experienced “extra set of eyes” during testing, proactively identifying gaps, risks, or defects and escalating concerns as needed. The role will involve flagging issues early, recommending process adjustments, and helping teams understand potential downstream impacts. The consultant will support training and operational readiness efforts by working closely with end users and super users to ensure comfort with new SAP EWM workflows. The individual will provide ongoing updates and feedback throughout testing, go live preparation, and hyper care. This role will focus on supporting a single customer warehouse site and will require consistent on site collaboration.

Requirements

  • SAP EWM experience

  • 2-3+ full SAP EWM implementations

  • Deep testing experience (end to end, UAT, hyper care prep)

  • Hands on, execution oriented (“doer,” not just a leader)

  • Able to challenge assumptions and escalate risks * ERP exposure (for interface awareness)

  • Experience working alongside offshore teams

  • Prior warehouse operations context
